Deleteविद्यालय में अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थियों की सीखने की क्षमता व कौशल अलग अलग होता है। सभी में कुछ न कुछ विशेष होता है उनकी विशेषताओं और क्षमताओं के अनुसार उनके कौशल निखारना चाहिए। विविध आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के अनुसार भी शिक्षण करना होगा।
ReplyDeleteकक्षा का प्रत्येक छात्र में अपने आप में विशेष है या किसी न किसी क्षेत्र में योग्यता रखता है। यहां हमें प्रत्येक छात्र की आवश्यकता तथा गुणों को ध्यान में रखते हुए अपने शिक्षण को लचीला बनाकर उसके अनुसार ढालना चाहिये।
ReplyDeleteAll students are equal. Diversity in the classroom not only improves social skills but also academic skills. It also makes the child part of the class and not special in any way.

ReplyDeleteWe can include diversified optional subjects so that every child could give their best performance as per their interest since every child has some proficiency in specific area.
ReplyDeleteWe must use different teaching techniques for different types of students.Every child is special.
ReplyDeleteEach one has different potentials.So it is necessary to detect what my students need? How they can learn? Those who can draw well let them draw, those who can sing well provide platform to grow. As a teacher we should not force learners if they lack in particular skills.
